I'd start with a some sorta "how ya

doing" mushy greeting here but 

you know that just aint me and since

this email goes out to over 60k 

people I'll just start with...

Ok that pancake is done so now to

the nitty gritty. Today I want share

something with you that recently 

happened to me and I also want to 

invite you to come meet up with

As you know I run a weekly training

webinar where I answer questions

and help people break through 

barriers in their business. 

Recently someone asked what I like

to call "the loaded question" - It's 

a loaded question because it isn't 

really the answer to THIS question

that people seek...  they ask this but

they really want to know something

else entirely.

Did I lose you? (lost myself for a sec)

Okay..  the LOADED question is this
"If you had to start over from scratch

today what would you do?"

Thats the question they ask BUT 

what they really want an answer to is

"Where should I start building my

business today?"

They want to know what THEY

should be doing right now but they 

ask what I would do instead.

Here's the problem with that....  
If I sold my company today and had

to start building a new business again

tomorrow, I would tap into all the 

friends, jv partners and connections

I've made over the last 8 years to get

off the ground.

Within 60 days I'd be making six 

figures again and with in a year I'll

be back to owning a 7 figure 

company

There are 3 VERY necessary things 

that no short cut to success can ever

provide you...

Experience of failure.

BLIND FAITH
Connections to key people.

#1 Experience of failure.

Good judgement comes from 

experience and experience comes 

from BAD judgement. You've gotta

make your own mistakes and you've

gotta experience the pain for yourself.

 

If I were to remove those experiences 

from your journey to success you

would end up failing. Thats like 

cracking an egg shell to help the bird

get out.

Removing the struggle might sound 

like a noble thing to do but it actually 

prevents the bird from strengthening

it's wings and it wont be able to fly.
The bird will get eaten by a predator.

Same goes for spoiling children, you

cant just give them everything they 

want or they wont learn to get things

for themselves or to appreciate them.

#2 BLIND FAITH

Self doubt prevents more people 

from getting ahead than anything 

else. Don't kid yourself about this 

one.

"I can't do the techy stuff." 
"My wife doesn't understand."

"I don't have enough time."
Bla Bla Bla...

All I hear when people jabber these
EXCUSES at me is this..

"I'm afraid, and I don't think I can

build a business by myself."

Did I just strike a nerve?

DEAL WITH IT -

Put your big girl panties on and absorb
what I'm saying cause I'm trying to 

help you.

Conviction comes from faith and
faith comes from VISION. Can you 

actually VISUALIZE your business? 

Can you paint a clear picture in your 

minds eye of what you life and your 

business will look like in 3 years time?

God will never allow you to have a

vision or a dream without giving you

the power to achieve it. If you can

think it up...  if you can picture it in

your minds eye... then guess what

smarty pants YOU CAN DO IT. 

Waiting to "see it to believe it" is a 

fools errand. That mentality is stupid,

it makes no sense. Anything and I

mean ANYTHING man made that

you have EVER marveled at was 

FIRST believed in the minds eye of

the creator. 

I have blind faith that big money 

can be made online so if I started

again tomorrow, I wouldn't get hung

up on excuses or self limitations. It

would be GO GO GO for me and

thats what it should be for you too. 

I built my business from the ground

up.  Contrary to what Obama would

have you believe I BUILT THIS SHIT
and the only one that helped me was 

my wife Melinda. 

The government DID NOT help at

all. On the contrary they only imposed

obstacles along the way and the 

more I grow my business the harder 

make it. [smh]

Our government does not reward 

hard working people they do the 

opposite.. 

 

(but thats a topic for another email)

Bottom line is that when it came time

to grow my business I had to hit the

bricks and go shake some hands.

I went out and met people that were
successful and I listened to what they
were saying.

I shook hands with people that were 

out there doing what I was trying to 

do. I collected business cards, 

emails, phones and addresses. 

 

I built a network of business I.M.

acquaintances and I nurtured those 

relationships into JV partnerships.

I went to every single event I could

find. As a matter of fact in 2008...

I attended 16 events. SIXTEEN. I was

on a plane every few weeks traveling

to another Internet Marketing event.
I put every spare penny into travel 

that year and we met A LOT of people.

The following year was our biggest at 

the time and we broke a huge 

milestone by bringing in over half a 

million dollars for the first time. 

It was because of the connections I

made at those events that we were 

able to hit these goals and our income 

has continued climbing since then.

[hand on heart]...

I can honestly say this without any

hesitation that: Going to offline 

events has been the single most 

influential thing

I've done to build my business.
